The Delhi Office of ATE Marketing Pvt. Ltd. was the last in a series of 8 regional office designed by KSAAPPL in the last 3 years. A rare new building which provided a height of more than 12’-0” per floor was leased for a period of 10years. The program was divided into 2 – the ground, i.e. the main access floor was mostly public functions such as the Meeting room, the flexible conference room and the pantry – while the upper floor was made into a single large studio space for all the employees with flexible workstations and trolley stations.
