In December 2005, KSAAPPL, built 3 new studios for Radio Mirchi, One each in Banglaore, Hyderabad and Jaipur. The Bangalore, Jaipur and Hyderabad projects were created as three prototypes for the new studios to be built for Radio Mirchi, and as the precursor to the 22 stations to be built all over India as part of the planned Phase II Expansion for Radio Stations all over India. Following this expansion, Radio Mirchi became one of the largest radio players in India. In the Phase II Expansion for Radio, KSAAPPL designed 22 Offices and Studios for Radio Mirchi in a span of 6 months (including fit-out time) Bangalore (Office and Studio – 15,000 sft) Jaipur (Office and Studio – 3,500 sft) Hyderabad (Office and Studio – 7,500 sft) 22 Cities (Office and Studio – 2,500 to 4,000 sft) Patna, Jalandhar, Surat, Kanpur, Lucknow, Nagpur, Goa, Raipur, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Coimbatore, Trivandrum, Madurai, Mangalore, Kolhapur, Aurangabad, Nasik, Vadodra, Rajkot, Varanasi, Vishakapattnam and Vijaywada.
